Warranty and Repairs

Warranty and Repairs

 

Lifetime Warranty

All products, manufactured and sold by Original Tuffbag, after March 1st 2022, are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for life. Products will be repaired or replaced if any signs of defect are found.

2 Year Warranty

All bags made before March 1st 2022 are guaranteed against defects for the period of 24 months from the original date of purchase. Within that time period, products will be repaired free of charge upon receipt of merchandise.

After 24 Months, repairs and replacement zippers will be done at the rate of $15 hour, or $18 for each zipper. All zipper replacements are using YKK zippers.

Both Warranties

PRODUCTS NOT GUARANTEED AGAINST:

  • Cuts

  • Burns

  • Battery Acid Holes

  • Holes caused by carrying hard or metal objects inside bag

  • Theft

Customer pays for the cost of return shipping. $10 + $5 for each additional bag. Payment to be made via email invoice after repairs are finished.

Please wash bags before shipping for repairs. We will charge a cleaning fee of $10 if bag is deemed “unclean”. All our bags are machine washable.

  1. Your Address to return bag to you

  2. Your Email address to receive invoice after repairs have been made

  3. Your Phone Number in case we have questions

  4. Some type of Indicator of what Repairs to make or which Zippers to replace (a note, and/or some type of tie, ribbon, etc.)

  5. Washed bag(s)- I cannot stress this enough… Please wash your bag. For detailed instructions, please see our wash and care page.
